Krochet by Keyia's items are made-to-order which means they are custom-made specifically for you! Thus, items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. All sales are final. 

Please double-check that all details are correct before placing your order. If you discover you have made a mistake when ordering, please email us at krochetbykeyia@gmail.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Krochet by Keyia is not responsible for items once they are mailed, so please track your order using the tracking information provided. If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
