They are granted based on a number of factors such as availability and our ability to execute the desired vision.

At this time, we only offer shipping to customers in the United States. Sign up for our emails to be notified when we offer worldwide shipping!

Most crochet items are made using acrylic yarn. If an item is made with another material, it is listed on that product's page.

Due to the handmade nature of crochet, processing times will vary. It generally takes 10 weeks to process large orders (i.e. blankets, orders with multiple items, etc.). Most clothing items and accessories will be made 2 to 5 weeks after the order is placed.

Processing times may be longer if there are many orders ahead of yours. We appreciate your patience, as all items are handmade by one person.

Domestic shipping typically takes between 5 and 8 business days.

If you need your order by a specific date, use the Contact form to let us know what you intend to purchase and the date by which you need it. We will let you know if we are able to accommodate you. Note that rush orders may incur a rush order fee.

Absolutely! If your measurements fall within the range of S - XL and you'd prefer us to use your measurements instead of the measurements listed in our Size Guide, we would be happy to do so. Complete your purchase on this website and submit the Contact form within 24 hours. Provide your order number and all relevant measurements. This must be done within 24 hours, as changes will not be possible once production begins. We will follow up with you via email to confirm your order.

If your measurements go beyond those listed for XL, please do not complete your purchase on this website. Instead, submit the Contact form with the item and your measurements. We will reach out to you via email to confirm your order. Note that larger items may incur an additional fee due to the cost of materials and labor.

If you have a specific color combination in mind, we will try to work with you to find yarn that satisfies your wishes. Use the Contact form prior to completing your purchase to submit your request.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges because each item is custom-made for the purchaser. Please be sure all details of your order are correct before checking out. If you have any questions about sizing, colors, etc., please ask before submitting your order.

If we have made a mistake, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, pictures, and a detailed description of the problem; we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Crochet items require special care in order to promote their longevity. Clothing and blankets should be hand-washed in a basin with mild detergent and cool water. Swish the item around in the soapy water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Gently rub problem areas to get rid of stains. Once the item is clean, rinse in cool water and press it together (do not twist or pull) to drain the water. Pat the item dry with a towel to remove excess water and lay it flat on another towel in a cool place away from direct sunlight until it is dry.

If you would prefer to use machines, especially for large blankets, please note that the quality may diminish quicker over time. Put your washing machine on the gentle cycle, use cool water and place the item in a mesh bag. Use no heat for the dryer, as heat may melt the fibers. Do not wash often to maintain the beauty and integrity of your item.

For all other items, such as flower bouquets and pillows, spot clean stained areas with a damp cloth.
